Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
UK Delivery We offer standard and express delivery across the United Kingdom. Delivery times and costs are as follows:
- Standard Delivery (3–5 business days) — £4.99
- Express Delivery (1–2 business days) — £6.99
- Free Standard Delivery on orders of £50 or more
These are our general shipping rates. Supplier-shipped products may have different shipping charges and delivery times. The available shipping options and final shipping charge are shown at checkout.
International Shipping At this time, we primarily ship within the United Kingdom. If you are located outside of the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us at hello@avora-living.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Delays While we always aim to deliver within the timeframes stated above, occasional delays may occur due to high demand, weather conditions, or courier disruptions. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you informed.
Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@avora-living.com within 14 days of your expected delivery date and we will resolve the issue promptly.
